Work experience with my school in my final year. This job helped me gain an understanding of the real world and the value of earning your money. This job involved working extremely hard to get a finished product. Brick laying along with manual labour was key to succeed in this role.

Tesco 2012 – 2016

Personal Shopper (August 2012 – September 2013) - Involves picking other customers orders at a certain rate to get the orders done. A job in which you had to be time efficient.

Working and Splitting all stock that comes in for delivery. Working well with your team to deliver a standard which is expected from the store. In order to get the delivery on to the shop floor I had to be trained to operate a pallet truck.

Assistant on Scan as you shop - (January 2014 – March 2015)

Helping customers with shopping, and helping the prevent theft within the store. It involves being approachable and friendly with customers.

Technical/Electrical Assistant (March 2015 – present)

The job role involves helping customers find the right product for themselves. It involves being incredibly approachable, friendly and a likeable nature to build trust and relationships. This also involves having a great understanding with technology from laptops to TVs and consoles etc. In this job we had to work as a team to deliver a standard on the shop floor and also reach targets. This role also had goals to reach with sales and insurance, So we had to create posters and different campaigns to help bring customers into store.

Phone shop (August 2015 – present)

In my time on Tech/Elec I was also trained to help on phone shop. I was trusted by my manager to go through this training due to myself being reliable, always on time and professional. The role included me being FCA trained so I could process contracts. This job like the Tech role included problem solving and resolutions to customer queries finding them the right deals. Like with the tech team I had also a part in creating different posters and working on social media to help bring customers into store.

I am a highly motivated, flexible, focused, reliable and committed individual. I embrace challenges and respond well to change and new situations. I am passionate about people, processes and performance as well as being instinctively organised. I offer a wide range of skills which would make me an asset to whoever I work for. I am also willing and eager to learn new processes and skills to broaden my experiences in which I have acquired from other jobs.
