BUILdING FOR A HEALTHY FUTURE
A critical component of Jacksonville University’s bold $85 million ASPIRE comprehensive campaign, the College of Health Sciences’
new building is being constructed to address rapid growth in JU’s health sciences programs, as well as to provide the state-of-the-art
facilities needed in today’s competitive education arena.
FAST FACTS:
Location: Plaza between the Lazzara Health Sciences Center and the Davis
College of Business, Jacksonville University, 2800 University Blvd. N. See map at

Size: 30,000-square-foot, two-story building.
Cost: Estimated $8 million for building and furnishings; more funding planned for
advanced technology.
Programs housed: School of Nursing, Department of Communication Sciences
and Disorders. Space for future planned programs including Speech-Language
Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Health Executive Leadership and Health
Information Management.
