I was regularly required to utilize dangerous equipment including, but not limited to, cutlery, open flame ovens, grills, etc.. When assigned smaller receptions by our Head Chef, I would be required to design meal plans, manage a food budget, and hiring of any necessary additional staff. These additional staff members would also be under my supervision, and would be required to know and implement the same Health and Public Safety laws.
