JAGUAR NEWS Hello Murrieta Jaguars, Wow, we are now into December and we are almost to the halfway point. It seems like yesterday we were welcoming our kindergarteners with a fresh beginning. Now we are turning our focus on the holiday season and winter break. Our 1 st semester report cards will be going home on the last day before winter break. As we bring 2016 to a close, we get to reflect on all the great moments our Jaguars have highlighted this year. Our school has grown and welcomed new faces and families. Our PTC has provided many great programs and opportunities for our students. The hard work of many has been instrumental in providing a great education for our Jaguars. Our outreach at Murrieta Elementary has been incredible. This year our staff has generously given to the United Way again, raising money for charities all over the valley. Also this year we have given over 100 “Bags of Love” to the Murrieta Food Pantry. Thanks to all of you who have given back to our community for the families in need. The Murrieta Pantry is now in need of diapers for families with little ones. Please see the flyer below so we can restock the shelves this winter break. We hope you have an amazing winter break. We are looking forward to 2017 and all the wonderful growth our students are continuing to make each and every day. Sincerely, Mr. Lurkins and Mrs. Kea Newsletter December 2016

JAGUAR NEWS Hello Murrieta Jaguars,

Wow, we are now into December and we are almost to the halfway point. It seems like yesterday we were welcoming our kindergarteners with a

fresh beginning. Now we are turning our focus on the holiday season and winter break. Our 1st semester report cards will be going home on the last

day before winter break. As we bring 2016 to a close, we get to reflect on all the great moments our Jaguars have highlighted this year. Our school

has grown and welcomed new faces and families. Our PTC has provided many great programs and opportunities for our students. The hard work of

many has been instrumental in providing a great education for our Jaguars.

Our outreach at Murrieta Elementary has been incredible. This year our staff has generously given to the United Way again, raising money for

charities all over the valley. Also this year we have given over 100 “Bags of Love” to the Murrieta Food Pantry. Thanks to all of you who have

given back to our community for the families in need. The Murrieta Pantry is now in need of diapers for families with little ones. Please see the

flyer below so we can restock the shelves this winter break.

We hope you have an amazing winter break. We are looking forward to 2017 and all the wonderful growth our students are continuing to make

each and every day.

Sincerely,

Mr. Lurkins and Mrs. Kea
