Thisisabasic3manweavethatfinishedwithashot.Theplayergoesbehindthepersontheyjustpassedtowards.Itisimportantthatyoutakegoodangles,cutintothemiddleofthefield.Alwayscatchtheballwiththeoutsidehands.

5 Point Passing Drill

Thisfocusesonquickpassingaroundthe8M.TheballisquicklypassedaroundwithA3finishingwithashot.Playersneedtofollowtheirpassandgobehindthepersontheyjustpassedtowards.

Breakout Drill

ADerthegoaliemakesasave,theplayersmust“breakout”toprovideproperpassinglanesandopGons.The2downdefenders,D1andD3,bananarunbelowGLE.Thisallowsthemtoseeanypressure.Theotherdefendersandmiddiesbreakoutincurlingrunsaswell.CommunicaGoniskeysothefieldcanstaybalanced.

ADerthegoaliemakesasave,theplayersbreakoutasshowninfigure1.M1staysinthemiddleofthefieldandtriestogetopen,figure2.M1willbreaktothegoalandthenawayasshereceivespassfromthegoalie.OnceM1receivesthepass,shebreaksupthefieldwiththeother2middies.Thisgivesthegoaliealotofspacetoseethefield
