Biological odour neutraliser

Enzymatic action, natural and effective odour eliminator. Breaks down organic soiling and stains. Powerful citrus scent, immediate relief from foul smells. Can be used in and around sanitary ware, drains, waste pipes and tiled surfaces to prevent unpleasant odours in the washroom and housekeeping environments. Also suitable on a wide range of carpets, absorbent surfaces and fabrics. Directions: Dilute 5 parts water to 1 part chemical and apply directly to the area of soiling and leave to work (do not rinse). The micro-organisms produce enzymes which immediately begin to digest the organic matter breaking down the stain and eliminating odour. The strong citrus fragrance provides immediate relief from unpleasant odours until the biological action is complete. The biological action continues until the organic matter is completely consumed or until the area dries. It can be re-applied (in stronger concentration or neat) as required without any risk of overuse.

Kills Influenza Type A viruses, including Swine Flu. Effective against a wide range of bacteria. For cleaning and sanitising frequently touched items such as door handles, tables, banisters etc. and for mopping floors. Certified against the H1N1 Influenza virus, MRSA and common food poisoning bacteria. Passes EN 1276, 13704, 1650, 14476 & 14675 Manufactured in the UK to ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001. Directions: For damp mopping and killing HIV or food poisoning bacteria dilute 1 part Steri Clean with 40 parts warm water. Mop or wipe surfaces down as normal and leave to air dry. For protection against Swine Flu and C. diff dilute 1 part Steri Clean in 10 parts water and trigger spray onto surfaces. Wipe with a cloth and leave to air dry. Steri Clean is QAC based and dilutions will be stable. Heavily soiled surfaces should be cleaned prior to disinfecting.

Steri clean extra

Steri Clean Extra is independently proven to kill the Norovirus, HIV, Hepatitis C and H1N1 Influenza viruses. Also certified to kill Clostridium difficile, MRSA and common food poisoning bacteria including Salmonella typhimurium, Listeria monocytogenes and Escherichia coli. Passes EN 1276, 13704, 1650, 14476 & 14675. Manufactured in the UK to ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001. Directions: For economic cleaning and sanitising dilute 1:40 (20ml per 750ml bottle) to kill bacteria to EN 1276. Allow 5 minute contact time. For Spray & Wipe applications the product can pass EN 1276 within 30 seconds when diluted 1:10 (75ml per 750ml bottle) For protection against Norovirus first clean the surface and then dilute 1 part Steri Clean Extra with 10 parts water. Spray onto surface and leave for 5 minutes. Steri Clean Extra can also be used for the initial cleaning step.

An extraction cleaner designed to clean carpets and upholstery through hot or cold water extraction machines. Uses: A specially formulated cleaner suitable for woven and non-woven carpets of synthetic and natural fibres when used in conjunction with a extraction machine. Also safe and effective for the cleaning of upholstery fabrics particularly on car seats. Directions: Thoroughly vacuum the carpet before application. A prespray of Carpet Cleaner can be applied to heavily soiled areas before application. Dilute 1 part to 80 parts hot water. Ensure detergent spray is not blocked and suction recovery is functioning correctly. Spray and pick up in accordance with machine manufacturer's recommendations. Ensure that as much liquid as possible is extracted from the carpet to speed up drying.

De-foamer

An additive specially formulated to the control detergent foam. Prevents accumulation of foam in wet pick up tanks. A must for carpet hot water extraction machine recovery tanks. Prevents foam clogging pumps and pipelines, restores correct circulation, prevents pumps overheating. Reduces unsightly foam in effluent treatment tanks. Uses; To prevent and control detergent foam in all applications. Directions: Detergent solution recovery tanks: add 50-100mls of De-Foamer to recovery tank before commencing suction operation. Pumping systems: Add De-Foamer as required to prevent foam build up in pumps and pipelines.Effluent: Drip feed into effluent drain to control foam level.
