Step 1:Go to www.janney.com and select the Online Access button. Enter a username on the following page and select Login.

On the Secure Login page, enter a password and select whether a public or private computer is being used.

Logon Security Janney clients will now be asked to authenticate their online identity by providing the answers to security questions or by sending a single-use PIN code to their existing email address. Clients can also choose an optional security feature that limits the authentication method to PIN code only. These security measures are only used when a logon attempt is being made for the first time, or is made from an unrecognized or public computer.

Step 2: Using Security QuestionsAnswer the security question in the space provided and choose Submit. Please note: answers to security questions were provided during initial registration for Online Access. Clients who have forgotten the answers to their security questions can choose to use email authentication or call Janney Technical Support at 888-882-0012 for assistance.

Step 2: Using EmailSelect email and choose Submit. A unique single-use PIN code will be sent to the email address on file for the account.

Using Phone (optional security feature)Select Phone, and Voice or SMS/Text on the Verification Method screen and choose Submit. A phone call or a text message will be sent to the mobile number on file with a single-use PIN code.

Step 3: Enter the Single-Use PIN Code on the Keypad

Once the email, phone call, or text message is received, enter the single-use PIN code using the keypad provided in the Authentication window as described.

Logon is complete.
