Та також в Неділю, після служби Божої що служиться на Польській міві. тобто після 17:00 (5pm) у всіх ціх мовах окрім Іспанської. Натомість в 2 і 4 суботу тільки на Англійській та Іспанській мовах.

Щоб висповідатись в Неділю, прошу одразу перед, або після вечірньої Служби Божої, попросити про це Священника.

FROM THE PASTOR’S DESK, FEAST OF THE BAPTISM OF THE LORD

Jesus was baptized to show us an example of humility as well as to begin his public min-istry; He also, in a way, symbolically purified the waters for the baptisms of those who will follow Him. In Jesus baptism the Jordan River becomes a place of revelation (Theophany) where Jesus, the Messiah, joins the sinners into the water, the Father speaks from Heaven and the Holy Spirit comes down disguised as a mystical dove. “Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway of life in the Spirit (vitae spiritualis ianua” (Catechism of the Catholic Church #1213).

Jesús se bautiza no porque lo necesitara sino por humildad, para darnos ejemplo y. para sim-bólicamente. o místicamente, purificar las aguas que luego se utilizarían en los bautismos. Esta es una hermosa Teofanía en la que Jesús se muestra como el Mesías solidario con los pecadores, el Padre habla desde el Cielo y el Espíritu Santo desciende en forma de paloma. Recordemos lo que nos dice el Nuevo Catecismo, “El santo Bautismo es el fundamento de toda la vida cristiana, el pórtico de la vida en el espíritu ("vitae spiritualis ianua") y la puerta que abre el acceso a los otros sacramentos. Por el Bautismo somos liberados del pecado y re-generados como hijos de Dios, llegamos a ser miembros de Cristo y somos incorporados a la Iglesia y hechos partícipes de su misión (cf Concilio de Florencia: DS 1314; CIC, can 204,1; 849; CCEO 675,1): Baptismus est sacramentum regenerationis per aquam in verbo" ("El bautismo es el sacramento del nuevo nacimiento por el agua y la palabra": Catecismo Romano 2,2,5).

Queremos agradecer de todo corazón a todos y cada uno de los voluntarios de la Parroquia; sabemos lo que cuesta dejar la casa para dar lo mejor de sí. Hoy queremos hacer un llama-do a la solidaridad, vamos necesitar voluntarios para sacar (palear) la nieve cuando vengan las tormentas, quienes puedan y deseen cooperar, por favor, llamen a la oficina parroquial para dejar su nombre y número telefónico para el periodo del invierno; desde ya, MUCHAS GRACIAS!
