It is refreshing, but how do you keep this optimism and promise alive throughout the semester? Start by keeping your goals attainable. Instead of setting unrealistic resolutions (e.g., working out everyday) set goals that you can meet (e.g., working out three days a week). This way you can be proud when you meet or exceed that goal. Also, consider making a goal for different areas of your life, for example: professional, personal, physical, or familial. Lastly, display these goals in a place that you will see them as a reminder to help keep you on track. Good luck in this New Year with your resolutions. IDEAS Spring Semester is Upon Us

We are off to a great start for 2013!

A Note from Wendy Grojean, IDEAS Room Coordinator

Happy New Year from the IDEAS Room!

The beginning of the year and semester is full of promise and optimism. You can feel it in the halls of Roskens.

If the IDEAS Room staff can help you meet these resolutions, just let us know!

Mark your calendars
