Once there was a king who was curious but wealthy He decided to test his fellow people to

know who has a got a good attitude in life and who would spare some time for countryrsquos

progress

He placed a huge big stone right at the middle of the road and hid in a nearby place to see if

anyone would make an attempt to move it off

He saw some wealthy merchants and courtiers passing by the road None of them made any

attempt to move it off but simply walked away while some others blamed the king for not

maintaining roads

Later a farmer came the way with a load of vegetables and saw that big stone He kept his

load down and tried to move the stone After tremendous effort he succeeded in moving it

away He saw a bag lying in under the stone as it moved It contained many gold coins and a

message note from the king which read lsquothis is the reward for the person who moves the

big stone awayrsquo

Moral It is quite common for people to run away from problems and obstacles But the story

cause since its inception We believe CSR is a way

of conducting business with integrated economic

environmental and social objectives with the

companys operations growth amp Prosperity

With a environment friendly approach we have

planted 460 trees on the road divider starting from

ldquoNRB SQUARE TO GOODYEAR SQUARErdquo which

is a distance of more than 25 KMs

Thus with this we have planted a total of 844

trees in three different phases comprising of

Phase I- Pandharpur Square to Pratap Square

239 trees Phase II- Pratap Square to Dr

Ambedkar Square 145 trees and Phase III- NRB

Square to Goodyear Square 460 trees

This initiative has completely changed the aura of this particular area amp spreading limitless

positivity creating sense of environment protection amp conservation

MOTIVATIONAL STORY SELF ndash SEEING OPPORTUNITY INOBSTACLES

Once there was a king who was curious but wealthy He decided to test his fellow people to

know who has a got a good attitude in life and who would spare some time for countryrsquos

progress

He placed a huge big stone right at the middle of the road and hid in a nearby place to see if

anyone would make an attempt to move it off

He saw some wealthy merchants and courtiers passing by the road None of them made any

attempt to move it off but simply walked away while some others blamed the king for not

maintaining roads

Later a farmer came the way with a load of vegetables and saw that big stone He kept his

load down and tried to move the stone After tremendous effort he succeeded in moving it

away He saw a bag lying in under the stone as it moved It contained many gold coins and a

message note from the king which read lsquothis is the reward for the person who moves the

big stone awayrsquo

Moral It is quite common for people to run away from problems and obstacles But the story

clearly shows the importance of seeing an opportunity in every obstacle which might improve

our condition Invest some time to remove obstacles on your way and experience many

unseen rewarding presences

Donating blood may reduce the risk of heart disease for men A single blood

donation can save Upto three lives Donating blood may not only benefit the person

who received the blood cells but may also improve the health of the donor

From Jan 7th

to 12th

2021 we have organized Blood Donation Caps in all plants Our

employees have participated voluntarily

As a group total 268 donors were part of this to support this noble cause
