On August 28, 2018 the Data & Strategic planning subcommittee members were presented with 2018 IYS District data which shows social access; provision by adults and parents being the leading contributing factor among the disparate population. As a result, the committee identified data sources to further support the selection of the disparate population, in addition, a task list was created to ensure the sustainability of strategies beyond grant funding.
