AIESEC SMU is looking for enthusiastic members to step up and take up this challenging yet rewarding journey, where you will be working with other OC members to spearhead one of the most important initiatives of the year, our January Recruitment. Overall Responsibility: • Ensuring the success of the recruitment through the management of the OC • Establishing direction and a common vision for the team and hold everyone accountable during the
period of commitment • OCP will receive direct coaching support from LCVP Brand & Marketing. Key responsibilities: 1. Create direction and strategy on team’s level that is aligned with the LC’s strategy and direction 2. Be accountable for the plan and task completion of each division of the OC 3. Manage and coordinate team members’ roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity of roles and effective collaboration 4. Frequently report and communicate the progress of the OC’s operation to the respective LCVPs Key learning points: o Leadership development on a personal and team level with higher degree of management
experience o Ability to create necessary supporting system to support the success of the team o Team Management skills, Strategic Planning and Execution skills, Facilitation skills, Communication

OCVP Operations
Overall Responsibility: • Effective execution of the planned strategies and activities via managing manpower and logistical
support. • Establish efficient operating systems to effectively manage resources and execution to ensure
successful implementation of the OC’s strategies. • OCVP Operations will receive direct coaching from LCVPs OGX and LCVP Fin and HGS. Key responsibilities: 1. Manage the OC’s budget through budgeting and internal control 2. Support OCP in creating and executing the OC’s operational schedules through providing logistical and operational support 3. Responsible for coordinating the OC’s resources, manpower and operational schedules through innovative and effective tracking and management systems
Key learning points: o Budgeting experience, coaching on financial control and financial sense education o Resourcefulness and Entrepreneurial Mindset o Basic Process Management and Optimization, Time management, Resource management o Stakeholder Management, Effective Communication Skills o Identify personal strengths and weaknesses and gain constructive feedback for personal

OCVP Marketing
Overall Responsibility: • Planning a 6-week long marketing schedules with relevant marketing activities and content to
engage youths with AIESEC’s programmes . • Planning and managing critical marketing activities while managing the CCC in producing effective
marketing materials. • OCVP Marketing will receive direct coaching from LCVP B&M. Key responsibilities: - Create a 6-week marketing plan that ensure successful recruitment - Work with OCP to formulate effective marketing strategies - Communicate and Coordinate with CCCs to manage the timely production of high-quality
marketing materials - Oversee the planning and execution of events during the Recruitment weeks (i.e. Infotalk, Booth,
other Special initiatives etc.) Key learning points: o Application of basic marketing understanding i.e. Market analysis, Identify relevant marketing tools,
Marketing strategies for youth market, basic analytics in Marketing o Understanding of Customer Engagement flow and strategies to engagement customers at different
stages o Event Planning and Management, Sales skills, Persuasion skills, Time management o Team management skills, Ability to provide feedback, Performance tracking o Identify personal strengths and weaknesses and gain constructive feedback for personal
development. Leadership development on personal and team level.
Creative Content Creator
Overall Responsibility: • Creating effective marketing materials that allow AIESEC to capture the attention of SMU students
and attract them to participate in the AIESEC programmes. • The CCCs will receive technical training and coaching Key responsibilities: 1. Communicate with the team to ensure clarity of expectations and collect feedback 2. Create marketing content to support the implementation of planned marketing strategies 3. Provide recommendations to OCVP Marketing with regard to the OC’s marketing strategies and
activities
Key learning points: o Specialised Designing and Marketing techniques, skills and knowledge for youth audience o Experience using designing tools to create effective marketing collaterals o Understanding of the AIESEC brand and general knowledge related to branding o Communication skills, Project management skills, Time management skills
OCVP Human Resources
Overall Responsibility: • Provide high-quality Initial Education for the successful applicants that include new members and
new EPs. • Supported by the LCVP TM to devise effective learning and development programme that allows
the successful participants to be inducted to their respective programmes and at the same time, to integrate with the rest of the LC. The long-term performance and engagement of these participants will depend very much on the quality of the Induction programme.
Key responsibilities: 1. Create learning and development activities to achieve the objectives of the Induction programmes 2. Coordinate the preparation of the Induction programme to deliver the Member Education Cycle 3. Jointly responsible for the operations of the Induction programmes
Key learning points: o Knowledge about the Talent Management process and the Member Education Cycle o Overview of the Talent recruitment process in an organizational context o Agenda planning and management o Project management skill, Time management skill, Facilitation skill
Deadline *There is no prior knowledge and experience required for the positions.
