The Process
• Send us your loan file
• We enter application into your CRM
• We Submit to the lender
• We then follow up the application till settlement
Once you interview the applicant and find out what best product suits their needs, simple tell us how you want to structure the loan by completing a one page instruction form

• Scan the client’s needs analysis or fact finding forms

With 24 to 48 hours turn around we will
• Prepare your loan application
• Produce documents to sign
• Prepare the support file
• Submit it to the lender
We them commence the follow up with the lender, applicants and other parties to keep you up to date till settlement.We will attach the file and NCCP documents to your CRM ensuring you are always compliant
If you don`t have CRM
If you don't use a CRM them we will send you all the files, notes and communications and Upload to our Dropbox for a period of time".
How do we communicate with your client?
We will send a template email of your stationery to your client (and will cc: you) at the following stages:
• Application Lodged
• Application Conditionally Approved
• Application Formally Approved – to client
• Application Formally Approved – to client’s solicitor. As well as – (where applicable):
• Further information requested by lender
• Query if documents have been returned to lender by post
• Documents / Privacy consent not signed.
At what stage will the team follow up on my loan file?
Our team will communicate with the lender on a regular basis. We have pre-set triggers in the system that will allow us to:

• Advise client of lodgement
• Follow up conditional approval with the lender
• Follow up outstanding documents – requested by lender
• Advise client of conditional approval
• Check if valuation is required/ ordered
• Check if valuation has been returned
• Confirm full approval
• Advise client of full approval
Settlement Process
• Check that letter of offer and mortgage documents have been issued
• Check that broker/ client has received documents
• Check that Lender has received signed documents
• Confirm that file has been certified
• Confirm settlement has been booked
• Confirm settlement has occurred.
