Jewellery Quarter Neighbourhood News JQ SEPTEMBER 2011 neighbourhood forum Res/dents Welcome New Community Development Trust - JQDT The Jewellery Quarter Neighbourhood Forum is the independent voice of the growing community of residents living in the Jewellery Quarter. We are here to help represent local residents, make sure that we have a say in issues affecting life in the Quarter and make the Quarter an even better place to live. The JQNF is a founder body of a new Community Interest Company - the JQ Development Trust. This unites business and residents' representatives in a new partnership to promote the interests of the JQ. The 2 JQNF reps on the Development Trust - Mike Mounfield and Phil Davis - can raise any issue of concern to residents. Contact philipdavis29(5)vahoo.co.uk for more information. The City & the JQ - Has the Big City Plan got it right? NOVEMBER 15 th - Come and hear City Council regeneration supremo, Mark Barrow, on City Council plans for our area. (7pm - St Paul's Gallery) JQNF OPEN FORUM LOCAL POLICE STATION CLOSURE? Hear a senior Police Officer on policing after the riots St Paul's Gallery 94 Northwood Road (nr. Lasan's) 7.00pm Thursday 22nd September JQ Open Forums are your opportunity to tell us what issues matter most to you, to meet other residents and to get involved with the Forum.
