The JLES DBA package provides a concept to completion, turnkey solution to a project’s infrastructure requirements. This can commence at feasibility review stage and encompass the undertaking of ALL works required to enable a developer to focus on delivering their product. Features:
• Land engineering draft appraisal
• Detailed engineering design
• Obtaining technical approval
• Finalising and engrossing of Adoption agreement (we can be named with our own bond on the agreement)
• Construction of infrastructure (roads and sewers) including substructure (foundations) and bespoke engineering requirements
• Highway completion works (street light connections, street name plates, final surfacing, etc)
• Pursuit of formal adoption certification

This service enables our clients to hand over responsibility of all required ‘estate completion’ works to JLES. This allows our clients to focus on current or forthcoming new development projects with the assurance of knowing their closed site and adoption responsibilities remain a priority of JLES. Features:
