Does the child have a vaccination card ? Is the child between 3 and 59 months ?

Are not able to hold their head and neck steady when held upright.

Are able to sit down with no help.

Should be able to raise their arms above their heads to touch their opposite ear.

Should have 2-4 lower teeth.

Are ableto jump on one foot.

Are not able to grasp an object in the hand and bring it to their mouth.

Should be able to get up with the help of a chair or the hand of the caregiver.

Are able to stand on one foot for 10 seconds or more.
