Brief2019-2020 Design Competition: Reimagine Game Day Experience

For this year’s Bright Spark Student Design Competition, we are focusing on

designing a solution to help minor league sports teams enhance the game day

experience for students and in turn build a valued fan base that will become fans

for years to come.

How might we re-imagine the game day experience for students at one of the below

sporting events?

Storyboard

• Empathy is the big part that makes design thinking different. Are you working on the right product? Solving the right problem?

• Are we fixing the issue for the user?

• Need to be in love with the user not the prototype

• Using storyboarding for first prototype. Low fidelity

• At low fidelity you get lots of feedback.
