As a junior architect, I participated in the design phase, while leading and managing drafting teams during the development stages. Projects sometimes involved traveling to project home countries to participate in work meetings. Co-created, together with my partner, and implemented the cad system (including workflow design, design standards etc.) still in use today in Arcadia.
