#1 Personals JubiREV Daily Leadership Bonus Awards

Your JubiREV Daily Leadership Bonus Award is based on your total qualified JubiPOINTS in your JubiREV Balance in your back office at time of calculation, as a portion of all companywide qualified JubiPOINTS each day and the company daily commissionable sales volume (BV) daily and other metrics each day. The resulting ratio is what determines your pro-rata share of that day’s company revenue. The company will share up to 50% or more of this award with Active Qualified Promoters based upon their qualifications at time of calculation.

Each and every day that the company rewards you with a Daily JubiREV Bonus, you will receive JubiBUCKS as your JubiREV Daily Leadership Bonus Award, giving you additional JubiBUCKS to personally use or share with others to grow your business enabling you to receive additional JubiPOINTS, growing your daily JubiPOINT Balance!

Based upon your settings in your back office at the time your JubiREV Daily Leadership Bonus Award is posted to your back office, you have the option to convert a portion of your JubiREV Daily Leadership Bonus JubiBucks award, up to 60% into eCash.

Any remaining portion of your JubiREV Daily Leadership Bonus will be credited to your JubiBuck balance. You may use your eCash to purchase additional products and services or request commissions

Ruby Director: Active Qualified Promoter, with a minimum of $50 Personal Qualification Volume (PQV) per month.

Diamond Director (DD): Active Qualified Promoter, with a minimum of $200 Personal Qualification Volume (PQV) per month.

Presidential Diamond: Active Qualified Promoter, with a minimum of $200 Personal Qualification Volume (PQV) per month and the Enroller for 6 personal active qualified Diamond Director Promoters and at least three 2 Star Diamonds or higher in your organization spread out over 3 separate legs. Active: Promoter with a minimum of $45 PQV monthly of which $30 PQV must be from new separate non-Promoter customer sales from Promoters website or JubiMall; note new Promoters have 60 days from the date they join to acquire the 2 new separate non-Promoter customer sales. See JubiMAX™ Rank Qualifications for additional rank qualifications.

JubiMax.com: is the JubiMAX™, Inc. retail marketing website and is owned and operated by JubiMAX™, Inc. and is owned by JubiMAX, Inc.

JubiRev.com: is the Promoter marketing web site for JubiMAX™, Inc. and is owned by JubiMAX, Inc.

Promoter: independent distributor, any person, organization, company or legal entity who has elected to market JubiMAX™ and has agreed to all the JubiMAX™ Terms of Service, Compensation Plan Policy, Independent Promoter Agreement and all other policies and procedures of JubiMAX™.

BV: Bonus Volume; the amount of each product sale that counts toward bonuses and commissions. Our JubiBUCKS and JubiResort Cards typically offer “dollar for dollar BV." For example when you purchase 1500 JubiBucks, it counts as $1500 QV and $1500 BV. Items in the shopping mall may have less than “dollar for dollar BV."

GQV: Group Qualifying Volume. Total Qualifying Volume of all autoship and JubiMall sales generated within your Promoter TREE organization from all personal and customer autoship and JubiMall purchases.

PQV: Personal Qualifying Volume. Total Qualifying Volume from all personal and customer autoship and JubiMall orders tied to your JubiMAX™ Promoter ID.

QV: Qualifying Business Volume.

Paid As Rank: Promoters that have achieved a rank designation based upon their performance will retain those rank titles indefinitely as their “Top Rank,” even if they do not meet the specified bonus qualifications in a pay period. However, a Promoter will only be paid at the level of their JubiMAX™ bonus qualifications for the pay period, known as their “Paid As Rank.”

60% Rule: No more than 60% of the total required Qualification Volume (QV) can come out of any single leg. For example, a 2 Star Diamond can only count 60% of $100,000 BV, or $60,000 BV, in any one leg to qualify for that rank.

70% Rule: Promoter certifies or guarantees that Seventy percent (70%) of their products obtained from JubiMAX™ have been used, retailed or consumed before new purchases are made.

Downline/Group/Team/Organization: Those people directly enrolled by a JubiMAX™ Independent Promoter, plus all the people whose line of enrollment and placement sponsorship have resulted from and came through that Independent Promoter. Your downline” consists of all Independent Promoters on your Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, 4, etc.

Override: Commissions or bonuses paid to a Promoter for production in their organization for which they are not directly responsible.

Sponsor Tree: The line of referral that is tracked from Sponsor to Sponsor. Commissions follow the Sponsor Tree.

Placement Sponsor: The Promoter directly above you within the organization. May or may not also be your Enroller.

Upline: Refers to that portion of either your Enroller or Sponsor tree that precedes you. This consists of the Independent Promoter who is your Enroller.

Auto–Ship: Optional convenience product or service purchasing program that allows Customers and Promoters to create a monthly standing order with JubiMAX™.

Enroller: The Promoter directly responsible for enrolling a new Promoter.

Enroller Tree: The line of referral that is tracked from Enroller to Enroller.

Leg: Each Promoter sponsored on your Level 1 is considered a separate “Leg” to you. You and your entire organization are one “Leg” to your sponsor.

Frontline: A term used to reference Promoters that are Sponsored directly to you and found on Level 1 of your referral organization.

JUBIMAX™ RULES

70% Rule: Applies to all Promoter JubiBUCKS and JubiMAX™ product purchases.

Annual Website Hosting Fee: All Promoters are required to pay an annual $49 website hosting fee upon their annual

anniversary date of joining; waived the first year.

Grace Period: The time in which a Promoter has to meet the minimum PQV before their account is suspended or terminated.

Promoter accounts in Grace Period after 25 days; accounts that have been dormant for six (6) months and/or who have not

renewed their annual Promoter Application and Website Hosting Fee will forfeit all current and future commissions and

JubiPOINTS. Please note commissions and bonuses are not paid out while account is in grace period.

JubiMall Purchases: BV earned in the JubiMall is calculated as; Commissionable BV=BV minus allowed JubiBucks.

JubiBucks: May NOT be redeemed or converted to cash, money or commissions. Once claimed by a customer they expire at a

date or time set by JubiMAX™; this timeframe is subject to change without notice. JubiBucks do not qualify as PQV or GQV.

Receive 50% JubiPOINTS for personal use.

Personal Use JubiBucks: May NOT be redeemed or converted to cash, money or commissions. Only available in Autoship

packages; these Personal use JubiBucks may not be shared or transferred to other members and do not earn JubiPOINTS.

JubiBuck Refunds: Once a JubiBuck has been claimed, sold, shared or applied towards the purchase of a product or service it

may not be refunded.

JubiPOINTS: Earn 1 JubiPOINT per sample JubiBuck or as noted for JubiBrands, JubiTrainer and JubiResort memberships and

half credit for personal use.

Sample Inventory: Once a sample has been claimed or sold by a prospect or customer, the inventory is considered used. This

inventory is immediately deducted from the Promoters account and is non-refundable.

Shipping: no bonuses, commissions or JubiPOINTS are paid on shipping and handling.
