To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the pleasure of not only working beside Sean but knowing him as well for a couple of years now. His attention to detail is impeccable and his hospitality towards guest is genuine. Sean’s ability to learn Julian’s wait staff procedures and menu knowledge was extremely quick. It was a true pleasure working with someone as dedicated as him. I feel that Sean would be a huge asset to whichever company decides to invest in his talents. If for any reason Sean decides to move back to Tyler, Texas, he will always have a job with our establishment.
