changeareoutlinedinAssemblyBill32.TheaimistoreduceGHGemissionsto1990levelsby2020-a

reductionofabout25percent,andthenan80percentreductionbelow1990levelsby2050.Themain

strategiesformakingthesereductionsareoutlinedinaScopingPlanputforwardbytheCAAirResource
