The month of July welcomed the arrival of the monsoon .All the soft

boards were decked upon the theme of rainy season .A drawing activi-

ty on this season was done and a beautiful poem on rainy season waswritten by one of our talented teacher of class I was put on the soft

boards. Academically the children were progressing in each and

theirFA-1 ended this month. Mass drill for Class 1 also started from

this month.

NEWS LETTER CLASS 1

Current Subject wise Topics

EVS: - children learnt about natural and manmade things

and differences between living, non living things. They also

learnt about good food habits. An interesting activity of

sticking pictures on these topics was done.

English: - In English we went a step further with the use of this/

these and that/those. Children improved their vocabulary by

learning opposites.

Math: - Math became more interesting as they went

ahead with numbers, no. names, backward and greater,

lesser, equal and their signs >, < and =
