Control loop monitoringMonitoring of the control loop with alarm by means of user-programmable output value limits and res-ponse times. Additional monitoring of the controller output for correct operating direction.

Output value monitoringCalculation of the mean output value in its compen-sated status. Monitoring of the determined output va-lue by means of a defined tolerance range. An alarm is triggered if the value is exceeded.

Hot-runner start-up circuitryAutomatic program function with configurable target value ramps for the sustainable operation of hot-run-ner systems.

Heater current monitoring Monitoring of the heater current to detect overload.

Boost functionBoost for a defined time span by means of an event-driven target value increase.

Drawdown functionIn the case of production stop or tool change, a digital signal activates an idling target value.

Modbus master functionTransmission of the parameters and signals, which are specified by the user, via the communication in-terface from the master controller to the connected dTRON 304/308 plast (slaves).
