    Since our last briefing to the Committee

    (10/17/2011), the following construction

    milestones have been completed:

    All mechanical systems are in place and functioning

    Wood floors have been installed in the public areas

    (lobby, performance chamber)

    Concrete floors in the lobby and public corridors have

    been polished to reveal the aggregate

    Seating has been installed in the performancechamber

    The rigging system is installed and functioning

    Internal wayfinding signage installed

    Landscaping is 80% complete3
