    The Valley County Conservation District hosted the 22nd Annual Outdoor Classroom for 5th graders on May 12. Over 100 fifth grade students from all schools in Valley County and 17 volunteers from NRCS,

    DNRC, MT FWP, MSU Extension Service, CMR Refuge, US Army Corps of Engineers, USFWS, and Valley County Weed Department came together for a fun day of natural education. The day began at East Side

    The Glasgow Reds American Legion Baseball Team was in Lewistown for the Harold Gjerde Memorial Tournament where they went undefeated right up to the title game. They edged the Gallatin Valley Outlaws 7-6, got past the Great Falls Electrics 4-1, 10-run-ruled the Weyburn As 13-3 and beat the Bitterroot Bucks 8-4. In Sundays championship, the Dickinson Rough Riders won the tough battle in the end, 4-3. The Reds are off until Thursday when they travel to the Dickinson Invitational.
