1) “ Energy Transition” Creates Win-win Model and Cooperation System
With the global economy slows down, and environment & cl imate threat increase
prominently, the global energy transition must be put on the agenda. In this summit, officials from
energy department will introduce the status and challenges for global energy transition; seniors from
enterprises will deeply discuss the mechanism requirement, international experience, policy initiatives
and market opportunities under the background of global energy transition; professionals from
various fields will share the practices in developed countries, explore the policy pattern,
development model, finical reform needed by Chinese enterprises for the transition, as well as figure

2) “Going out of China” Creates Global Networking in Offshore Wind
In content of global energy transition, China’s wind power enterprises will response to the Belt and
Road Initiatives, starting from offshore wind to integrate wind resource along the Belt and Road, and
promote the transition in energy and economy. Organizers will invite government leaders from energy
and economic management departments along the Belt and Road counties to introduce the energy
strategy in near future. Discussion will include wind power cooperation strategy between China and
western Asia, central and eastern European. The Belt and Road will extend all the way to wind
power developed countries in Europe taking shape of Eurasian Wind Power Community. On the
other hand, the offshore wind roadmap between China and Eastern Asia and ASEAN will be
discussed to explore the development mode in the Southeast Asia Ocean area. In addition, experts
will interpret the current status of China’s wind power, and analysis the priorities and opportunities in
China’s 13th Five-year Plan to promote the global energy transition.
3) Develop Large-scale, Cost-effective and Standardized “Offshore Wind” Strategy
Focus on countries with developed offshore wind technology and experience to discuss global
offshore wind status and future planning; How to realize the global cooperation strategy in offshore
wind; Analyze China’s latest offshore wind policy, and discuss on next round of offshore wind on-grid
tariff; How to improve the trans-department collaboration and consensus to promote the development
of offshore wind power rationally and efficiently; How to improve the economy of offshore wind
through technology and management innovation; Innovation and breakthrough of global large-scale
multi-MW wind turbine and installation equipment.
4) Build Smart, Safe and Normalized Wind “Operation & Maintenance” Market to Realize
Transition and Breakthrough
Facing up a huge O&M market of 16 trillion USD, how the farm developers, OEM and ISP solve the
problems of backward technology, inadequate experience, lacking in specification, incomplete
management system to build up standards and specifications and realize breakthrough; How to
upgrade from emergent and extensive O&M into a higher stage of predict and preventive O&M
through innovative technology; How to cultivate and create the professional O&M team to implement
