Register if you’ve made mention of Asthma, Diabetes, Seizure or Severe Allergy requiring Epi Pen we encourage you fill out an Emergency Action Plan.

Please provide basic diagnosis so can track (fever,

• NOT a peanut free campus

– Avoid nut products when making items to share with students (sports travel meals, XPX food
requests)
• Special diet requests (lactose, gluten)– Diet Modification Request form found online

• Juniors & Seniors – October ACT, Xavier test site and discount
• Juniors – 3.5 GPA or higher consider taking PSAT at Xavier October 14th
Technology
• Canvas parent access – same as last year
