Two methods have been suggested to deal withthis problem : -a). Preventive Methodb). Rehabilitative Method.

PREVENTIVE METHODS

a). Creating a team at Government as well as private level forthe prevention.

b). Giving proper training to the members and staff of allOrganizations concerned with delinquency control.

c). Establishing child guidance clinics or give appropriatetreatment to the distributed and maladjusted children.

d). Educate to the families to realize the importance of givingproper attention to the needs of their young children.

e). Improving the social environment, slum areas, busy marketsplaces etc.

REHABILITATIVE MEASURES

a).Rehabilitation Homes for the Juveniles shouldbe built by the NGO’s working for the welfare ofthe child and by the Government as “ParensPatriae”.
