II. Construction Phase A. Project / Construction Management a.1 Construction Management Planning

- Project Manager will ensure the Owner satisfaction on the works, before turn-over to the Owner, Project Management will conduct punchlisting on unacceptable works

b.4 Request for Information and/or Approval- For Project Team references and documentation, Project Management will implement the RFI and

RFA form and copy furnish the concerned team b.5 Substitution request

- The Contractors will submit substitution on materials to be used and subject for approval of the Project Management Team

b.6 Standardization of Flows and Procedures- Project Management will provide standard forms to be used for Structural / Civil, Architectural,

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and others- Project Management will conduct special meetings with the contractors before the start of the

project to discuss the flow / rules of documentation. And also to discuss the Project Management Standard Procedure
