Note to self ... There are no

problems ... only solutions!!

In today's day and age

and in some

circumstances it can be

very difficult to keep

the love in your life a

top priority. 

I mean come on, every relationship

has its ups and downs, the key is to

join together as a power source and

tackle each and every one of them

together.  I know I know … but how

do we do that … you can do

counseling, go to a relationship

therapist, attend seminars, or push

your way to success together.

Its about fullfilling each

others needs.  Breaking

through the barriers,

overcoming the obstacles

and living the life you are

truly here to live ... the

life and relationship

people only dream of!!

#1 ... 1st and foremost you have to

communicate ...

 Communication is the most important

part of any relationship.  If you don't

know what your lover needs and wants,

and they don't know what you need and

want,  then how the heck are ya

supposed to make each other  happy!!

 You deserve a great life full of dreams

come true, why not live it together? 

Make talking to each other a priority.

Share your fears, your joys, your

frustrations, your insecurities.  You

picked each other to travel this amazing

journey together for a reason.  

Be there for each other, your best friends

... best friends know everything about

each other!!

#2  Sex :) 

You have to keep your connection in the

bedroom alive.  This is the last thing you

should be giving up!!  

It brings you closer together, it keeps

the chemistry of a happy couple...

healthy.

It also  releases hormones that helps our

bodies both mentally and physically.   

And did I mention ... when you have a

connection with each other, IT FEELS

AMAZING!!!

If your spark is gone, and you want to

bring it back into the bedroom, put in an

effort.  This shit isn't going to fix itself.  

You have to want it ... You have to want

them!! Get out of your head and back into

you heart!!  

Plan something exciting, be spontaneous.

 Put your damn phones away, turn the

flipping tube off, shut out all distractions

and focus on each other.  

Pick a different place, living room, hall

way, make it a different time, afternoon

quicky, but incredible

Both partners will get bored with the same

old same old.

 Meet somewhere you've never met before.

Find fun games ... Do whatever you have

to do to full fill your partners needs.

 It's about giving, when you give ... you

receive.  So why not find out what drives

them up the orgasmic wall and give it all

you've got!!!

#3 Money Money Money 

You may have lots or not enough ,

whatever the situation, you have to be

open and honest about your feelings and

goals towards money.  So many people

fight about the concept of money, if only

we would realize  it's all energy and the

story you tell yourself about it.  Money

can be the best thing in your life together

... or your worst enemy!!!

You have to work together and hear each

others concerns, points of view and

beliefs about money!!

You have to work together towards a

common goal and set a budget that will

make your life comfortable. 

You can do whatever you want in this life

... travel, buy luxurious things or live it

humbly, its totally up to you. 

#4 Put Each other First!!

You have to make your love for each

other your top priority.

It doesn't matter about anyone else ... it's

about the two of you becoming a power

couple.

Life is busy, we're always taking care of

everyone else and driving what we want

and need  into a ditch!!

That is honestly the easiest thing to do

especially when you have children...

most couples put their kids first and

honestly that's not how it should be...

you as a loving couple need to be first.

You need to show them what love is

all about and how powerful you can

be when you work every day on filling

your relationship with love!!!

Show them what they deserve in life, show

them what happiness is,

You are both worth it!!!

There is a reason you were brought

together in this life.

Find that spark again and bring it back to

every single part of your relationship!!!

Get out of your head and come from your 

heart!!

#5 Never Make Assumption

 and

Erase all Expectations

Don't every assume your significant

other knows what you're thinking, or

what you want, or how you're feeling, or

if you don't like something... 

THEY DON'T 

TRUST ME ... THEY DON'T !!!!

We aren't mind readers.  It's hard

enough for us to figure out and focus on

what's going on in our own freaking

heads, never mid what someone else is

thinking. 

This is where communication comes in

... you gotta talk, even if it's the last

thing you want to do ... 

it's Imperative!!!

Next cut out all of your expectations. 

Whatever you have concocted in your

brain about how a relationship is supposed

to be ... let it go ... get rid of it ... flush that

shit down the toilet 

Erase all of the love stories you've ever

read, and all the romantic movies you've

ever seen, cause guess what 

it's all bullshit lol 

Cause when you start comparing your

life to that stuff, and expecting the

same story, you'll end up being

dissapointed every minute of every

day!!

Make your own romance, enjoy the

little things. 

Make memories that put a smile on

your face everyday!!

Share with each other what makes your

heart sing, play around with how to

bring the best out of each other 

and please don't expect your lover to

know what you want when most of the

time we don't even know what we

want!!!

#6  Arguments and Conflict 

Every relationship deals with conflict

and you can let it destroy you or you

can let it teach you how to grow

stronger together!

Take things for what they are and not

worse then what they are. 

Own your shit ... don't throw blame...

you are not a victim so don't act like

one!

Take responsibility for your part in any

argument.  If you're at fault, say sorry,

even if it is hard. 

If you're in the heat of an argument, step

back, take a few breaths and think about

what is happening. 

Don't throw hot coals into a burning fire

to be hurtful ... you can't take shit back,

once it's said and done, then it's engraved

in stone. 

People forgive, but we never forget!!

Listen to each other, and find a common

ground. Act as if you were in front of your

boss... you wouldn't freak out, yell,

scream, call names, point fingers and

blame your boss for what's happening in

your life ... would you?  Then why do it to

the person you love most in the world?

Kinda crazy how most people treat a

total stranger with the most respect and

literally shit on the people we love. 

I actually have friends that say if you

can't shit on your friends and family who

can you shit on!!

Why not treat your loved ones better

then you would treat a stranger or your

boss??

You should have unconditional love for

each other 

Don't get caught up in the drama and the

sad story you tell yourself about how you

think your life is!!

If you want a change ... then

 CHANGE IT

You and only you control whether you react

or over react to any situation.

Think before you speak!!

#7 Trust 

If you don't have trust ... you've got

nothing!! 

Most trust issues come from a past

relationship or past experience ... unless

you are out there screwing around!!

If you don't trust your significant other,

you need to dig deep down inside and see

where this is coming from 

Is it insecurities, have you been hurt

before, do you lack self esteem? 

I believe truth and trust starts within. 

If you say you're going to do something ...

do it 

Respect your lovers boundaries

Treat them how you want to be treated 

Be on time 

Show your appreciation 

Everyone just wants to feel loved, be

loved, and share love. 

We all want to feel significant, like we're

someone special. 

The problem is we seek externally for all

of this and really it all has to start inside!! 

Most important lesson in this lifetime 

Love Yourself and share it with your

significant other!!!

have had in my marriage with my

Amazing husband ... 

I felt a need to share with you my

thought, beliefs and solutions we have

used to make our marriage better and

better every day!!
