Physical Description and Details:The plot stands, in terms of location, along Kadrina small town and Tapa-Rakvere road (Sõmeru-Rakvere-Pärnu road T5). Alongside the plot there is Haka Plast Ltd production. There isn’t any existing buildings on the plot. Therefore the detail plans must be drawn. The connection points (electricity, water, sewerage), are situated inside the border.

Education - Option to acquire pre-school education in Kadrina kindergarten (including Hulja kindergarten). In high school the opportunity to acquire general education. Partly as a vocational opportunity through elective system.
