Kaplan College Campuses (including the Nash-ville campus) is in the process of being acquired by Birmingham, AL based Education Corpo-ration of America (ECA). Education Corpora-tion of America operates Virginia College, Golf Academy of America, Ecotech Institute, and New England College of Business. Its Virgin-ia College offers Associate’s, Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in career-focused programs, through 27 campuses located primarily in the southeast, as well as, online programs. Its oth-er seven colleges offer a range of degree pro-grams in specialized and professional fi elds in a variety of on-campus and online settings. Both Kaplan Colleges and Virginia College are na-tionally accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). Nashville Nashville is the capital of Tennessee and the county seat of Davidson County. Submarket - Airport North

The Kaplan Campus Nashville is located at 750 En-vious Lane and is located across the Hwy from the Nashville International Airport. The building is part of the Airport North Offi ce Submarket. This submar-ket is contains over six million square feet of offi ce space and the current occupancy rate is 93%. Of the six million square feet 2.56 million is class A offi ce space and the class A vacancy rate is 7.6%. The airport north market is a vibrant offi ce market devel-oped just west and north of the airport. This market began to develop in the mid 1980’s when the air-port constructed its new terminal on the east side of the airport property. The market is a mix of Class A&B offi ces, general commercial and industrial properties.
