A History of Achievements

Kate Putnam’s resume reads like one long list of accomplishments after another. And indeed, she is quite the accomplished individual, despite her many duties at any given position. Her list of accolades is impressive and inspiring to anyone striving to do above one’s limited job description, with the benefits and undoubted opportunity for promotion this represents. But for Kate Putnam, ambition tempered with humility is the surest and most commendable way to climbing the ranks.

Somewhat undoubtedly all the same, Kate Putnam is a natural leader. While at University, Kate was part of the New Hampshire Women’s Crew Team (1998-2002). In 2007 she became the youngest female to be awarded the ARDA Marketing Operational Support Staff National Award for her innovative ideas and stellar customer service.While working at Breckenridge Grand Vacations (2002-2011) she was honored by being named Ten Time Employee of the Month, and in 2013, she received the Concord Young Professional of the Month award.

Kate Putnam demonstrates it’s accomplishable and even manageable. Effective time management is undoubtedly crucial, which comes more easily to some than others. As an experienced Manager herself (which in itself is an incredibly time and energy-consuming job) Kate clearly excels in this capacity. You might not be of the same stock or work in the same field, but you can surely stand to take a leaf out of Kate Putnam’s book if you’re looking to get more done in your life, especially with the New Year and those Resolutions looming.
