The school next to us used to be very noisy, but after applying the Energy Coating we barely even notice it’s there anymore. On top of that, after applying the coating we have noticed that we use the A/C much less and as a result our bills have dropped tremendously.
The attic was turned into a spare room and the roof and walls were coated with the Energy Coating. Now the 3rd floor is cooler than the 2nd floor.

In 2005 the reflection from the roof and the heat simply made the roof unusable. The Energy Coating cured this problem for us. Even when walking with bare feet on the roof we can hardly notice any heat. Now we have added a slide for kids and a walking area for pets on the roof. The roof is now very comfortable.
For the exterior coating, in the summer even during the night we could feel the heat on the west side of the building. When the sun rose it was even worse but after applying the paint. We don’t need to have the A/C on at night anymore. Just the breeze from the widow is enough to keep the environment comfortable. As far as the interior coating, although we have only painted 1 room so far, we have noticed a huge difference in the sound from the coated room compared to an uncoated room.

Every summer our factory and warehouse used to suffer from the most extreme heat. The factory workers would have to constantly take breaks just to avoid the heat. After installing the coating we found that it went without saying that we saved money on the electric bills but even more than that our overall productivity skyrocketed.
Originally we wanted to use the coating as an attempt to reduce the condensation that was building up in our warehouse on the beams. Keisoukun Gaina not only solved this but also after painting the roof and ceiling we are able to spend our summers in a relaxed and comfortable work environment.

We used the coating on our factory’s western wall as well as the roof. In the western area of the factory we noticed a big change right away. The entire area became much more pleasant. Before we were using 7 out of 7 cooling units for the factory but after applying the coating we now only use 5. We have been able to save so much on our air-conditioning bills.
We used the product on our factory’s roof and besides the heat reduction the other thing that surprised us was the way that our white factory roof would gleam after it rained almost looking like a brand new coat of paint.

Before we were using 16 air conditioning units to cover the entire store but after applying the coating we scaled that back to only 10 and the other units are not needed to cool the building. We painted the roof and the exterior walls and the previous yearly electricity bill was JPY3,400,000 and now its JPY2,100,00/ year. That is a 39% savings. In about 3 years the savings had fully paid for the product and installation.
Even with the temperature set on 29°C we never needed to change the temperature in the summer. Our store use to be so hot and with the doors opening and closing all day it was hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. After installing the coating we were just amazed at not only the bonus in cost reduction but also the way employees attitudes improved. This was not only felt by upper management but also the customers noticed too.

After painting the office with Keisoukun Gaina the situation improved greatly. In summers with we set the temperature to 29-30°C and in winters we set it to 25°C and leave it. Our office is next to a really busy street and we don’t notice any outside noise anymore.
We used to be able to really feel the heat when we would have to go to the top floor. Before we used it as a storage room but now we can actually work on that floor. On top of that we barely hear the rain on stormy days now.

Hot in the summers and cold in the winters, our office was unbearable. After we painted with Keisoukun Gaina we noticed a huge difference immediately. The temperature just dropped almost as if by magic. Not only did this get our mind off of how hot or cold it was but on our work, it also all but blocked out the noise from the rain or the traffic.
When it is hot outside and I enter the office, even without the air conditioner on I would get a cool feeling. Now during summers the thermostat is always set to 28°C.

Kumamoto gets pretty cold in the winter so we heard about the product and the ability to maximize the heater/Air conditioner’s effects when painted on the interior. When we turn on the heater now it only takes a fraction of the time for the room to heat up and it stays like that even well after we have turned off the heater.
There is a big issue with storage of unused construction materials such as wood. These materials are often stored in warehouses and scrap yards awaiting disposal. Heat plays a big part in the storage of these materials. Some of the materials that we use are stored in our building and we must constantly keep the air conditioner on to maintain a good environment. With Keisoukun, we no longer have to keep the system as high as we once did. This has saved us lots on our energy bills.
