policies
Advice to construct mechanism to the waste pickers inclusion in the public
policies and for their effective participation in strategic spaces for
discussion with the government and others involved sectors.
The tools and metodologies to analyse de development of waste pickers organizations developed by
Cicla Brasil make easier to analize the strengths and weaknesses in projects to support them, and
also plan the project actions and guide investments. We developed indicators that communicate
better with companies about the needs of the waste pickers organizations, bridging the gap between
them.
2. Metodologies/tools
development
We offer consultancy and advice to companies, foundations and support organizations to
select projects, manage, evaluate and monitoring projects using our metodologies and tools.
For this we have a team of consultants partners with specific knowledges in various areas to
answer the project needs and generate more impact with the applied resources.
3. Project management
We articulate partners to develop innovative solutions with business potential
to contribute to the development and strengthening of organizations of waste
pickers, like softwares and the credit system of reverse logistic.
