Subject: Grief Recovery Center Hosts Local Event
Dear ____________,
People from all walks of life will inevitably face grief. For those people, hope is on its way through a
local nonprofit. Grief Recovery Center (GRC) has seen your new program and would like to inform
you of a special upbeat event it is hosting for children who are experiencing grief through
isolation, loss of a loved one and any other tragedies.
“This is the Life” event Nov. 22, 2014 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at Caliente Mexican Craving will provide the
community an enjoyable atmosphere while learning about the Grief Recovery Center’s support
services. The family-oriented outdoors event will include: music by local bands, face painting,
meet and greet with princesses, bouncy house, etc. Raffle prize items donated by local businesses
and boutiques will be given throughout the day.
GRC believes their event can help families find happiness through fun activities, food, good music
and community. Hope can always be found in the darkest of times and GRC is there to help with
that transition.
