Kings Hill Recruitment
customer serviceOne of the most striking first
impressions of Kings Hill is the
investment in quality and the
ongoing maintenance of the
business park. The scale of the opportunity at Kings Hill has enabled the deployment of a full property and asset management service, which is both highly responsive and cost effective from an occupational perspective. This service has been instrumental in both attracting and retaining tenants.
Estate management is undertaken on a not for profit basis.
Property management is provided by a dedicated, site based team offering planned preventative maintenance and a 24 hour help desk, with rapid response.
Property management is offered from a “shopping list” of services from which tenants may tailor a package to suit their needs. Two thirds of tenants have contracted with Liberty for this service.
Tenants are reassured that their landlord/asset manager, Liberty Property Trust UK, is site based and accessible, with a proactive policy of welcoming feedback.

traditional values - contemporary lifestyle
Over the last two decades Kings Hill has become established as a premium location and one of the UK’s first sustainable mixed-use communities supported by a balanced mix of employment, sports, leisure, retail, medical and educational facilities set in a landscaped environment. Residents can walk or cycle to work using the network of footpaths and cycle ways which link the residential and commercial areas and also to Liberty Square, the central retail area.
The homes are arranged in distinctive residential neighbourhoods around focal points such as a village green, cricket ground and golf course and have been built using a mix of traditional and contemporary designs. Kings Hill is a parish in its own right.

“We've lived in Kings Hill since 1994 and have moved twice within the village. Family life has always been a delight here with more and more facilities year by year. When we moved to Kings Hill the boys were young, now they’re old enough to leave home, so you could say that they are second generation Kings Hillians!”
