• “There is an obvious improvement in the pupils’ thinking. They seem now to have managed to avoid tangential or even inconsequential thinking and are managing to go straight to the point. To see at least five arms go up just as I was about to announce that we had to go was a delight. They are so enthusiastic and an inspiration to be with.”
Maths Enrichment Sessions

“I have participated in three of the Partnerships schemes (French, Science and Reading Scheme) and have found all of them to be equally beneficial. It has been great fun to be a role model to younger children and delightful to see their enthusiasm for learning. It has been a pleasure to give something back to the local community whilst also gaining important life skills such as patience and leadership.”

KES pupils
“It is important for us to recognise the responsibility that we have to act as role models for younger pupils and I feel that the children gain a lot from working with older students as well.
The relationship formed between each child and KES students is always rewarding for both parties”
