Founded in 1962, DG Jones has been making itself a name as one of the region’s
most trusted partner in project consulting services.
With a global network of more than 500 employees in 10 countries and with a successful track record
in 50 years of existence, DG Jones is recognized as one of the leading practices of Quantity Surveyors
/ Cost Consultants and Projects Managers / Construction Managers in the Middle East.
Operating in the Middle East during a period of major development, meant that we have been
involved in every category and type of development projects including Health, Military, Aviation,
Educational, Government, Utilities, Transport, Infrastructures, Agricultural, Marine, Palaces, Residential,
Commercial, Hotels and Leisure, Heritage & Cultural and Retail.
The backbone of the services provided are those normally associated with the pre & post contract
phases of the Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying profession primarily in general construction,
civil and utilities engineering projects for both the public & private sectors.
In addition, the practice has successfully carried out major multi-million Project/Construction
Management services on important projects for both Government and private Clients.
Together with the above services, we continue to provide, whenever necessary, Claims Management,
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Services to many important Clients on a number of complicated
and prestigious projects.
Joseph Psaroulla
is the CEO of MCF and the Chairman of the Managing Board of
DG Jones Group.
He’s been with DGJ since 1980 and worked in UAE, Istanbul, Cyprus,
Kuwait and France.
Joe is a charismatic leader and has a wealth of professional experience
in Project Management, Construction Management and Contract
Administration.
He is one of the leading figures of the region’s Construction business;
and he’s one of the main responsible for DGJ’s recent successes,
bringing sustainability, growth and diversification to the group.

AUXILIARY CR FUNCTIONSIn addition to the installation of the cleanroom partition, ceiling and floor;we offer our clients a turnkey solution with the integration of all auxiliary clean room functions i.e:- air recirculation systems- make up air handling units- process mechanical systems- clean networks- control systems- life safety and security systems
CR PROTOCOLSWe apply strict cleanroom build protocols, specific to MCF, that have been developed from our hands-on experience in the cleanroom business.These protocols have proved their effectiveness in achieving the required end result in all cleanroom environments especially the region’s particular conditions.
On top of all, MCF provides certification and validation services according to DIN, VDI, Fed.Std, ISO, EuGMP, FDA, TUV, Uptime Institute.
