All of our meals are freshly prepared in our on-site kitchen. Our fully qualified, Nursery chef has many years of experience and makes us lots of delicious, nutritious and freshly prepared lunches and dinners.
We have worked very closely with a nutritionist to ensure that the children have a well-balanced diet, and we can cater for any special dietary requirements that may be needed.
At Kids Play Childcare, we believe that the best way for children to learn is through play andexploration.
In the daily schedule of activities we include a balance of adult led and child initiated activities, so your child will be able to choosewhat they play with, the pace atwhich they do so and whether theyplay independently or with others.

We realise that choosing the right nursery for your child is one of the most important and difficult decisions you will ever have to make.
Caring for 6 week old babies to 5 year olds, we actively work in partnership with parents and guardians to ensure healthy, happy children who are ready for mainstream school.
We have nurtured a caring and stimulating environment within all of our Baby and Pre-Toddler Rooms. Using movement, sound, colour and touch, babies and toddlers are encouraged to explore, develop and above all, enjoy their 'second home'.
We strive to mirror the childcare that you give your child at home including the feeding habits, nappy changes and sleep routines you use; all made possible through regular contact with your child's experienced Key Person.
Children also enjoy outdoor play, freshly prepared healthy food and milk bottle feeds made by a senior member of staff.

More structured than the Baby Rooms, each varied activity in the Toddler Rooms is considered a learning opportunity and above all, fun and stimulating.
Toddlers are encouraged to enjoy early maths, develop their language skills, undertake creative play and learn to relax at story-time.
Plus, your child's Key Person will also work closely with you to mirror the potty training routine you use at home.
Our aim within every one of our Pre-Schools is to ensure
that your child is ready for mainstream school.
Our staff, many with Early Years Professional Status
and qualified up to degree level, follow the key areas of
the Early Years Foundation Stage. You can expect your
child’s week to be full of learning experiences, split
between the Pre-School, the garden or in the local
community.
The type of teaching is enormously varied. We combine
both adult led and child initiated activities to encourage
independent learning and motivate children to link
together the areas of development.
Whilst we hate to say goodbye to children leaving to
start school, we ensure that it is undertaken in style
with a fun and exciting graduation ceremony.
It is a lovely occasion for all
of the family to enjoy and
includes a graduation
service (complete with
little gowns and hats), a
children’s concert service
and BBQ.
