THE LEVEL OF OBESITY

In addition to overweight, one can assess whether it falls into the category of obesity in
diameter at the centre :
• For women, if the size exceeds 88 cm = high risk of disease and obesity are categorized in groups.
• For men if the size exceeds 102 centimetres = high risk for disease and obesity are
categorized in groups.

Avoid foods high in calories, such as foods high in fat and sugar. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Reduce frying food. Plenty of boiled and baked foods.
Avoid using sweetened condensed milk
Ate follow the schedule and avoid leaving the dining table.
Eat less at night, do not snack while watching television
Reduction of between 500 to 1,000 calories a day can reduce the 0.5 to 1 kilogram per month
