eight or nine years old.

One of the first actions took by

King Tut was to reestablish the old

ways of Amun religion.

KING TUT’S DEATH CONTINUED…

The idea of King Tut being murdered was strongly insisted by Bob Brier

He believed that Ay (a high ranking official) had killed King Tut

Ay was given the throne after King Tut’s death which would of given him

motive to get rid of Tut.

Ankhesenamun, was forced to marry Ay after King Tut passed away.

Horemhab was also a suspect (He was also a high ranking official that

helpful Tut with his decision

Later, after Ay died he got the throne and restored life back to the old

traditonal ways . That might have give him the motive to kill Tut

Evidences show it can be a case of murder, but actual scene nobody

knows

DISCOVERY King Tut’s tomb was found in The

Valley of The Kings on November 4th,

1922

It was discovered by Howard Carter

and Lord Carnarvon

The tomb found to be damaged, it

might be because of robbery

There are many valuables left

untouched that are now in the Cairo

Museum for all to view.

The digging for the tomb began on

Nov 1st 1921

The dig was intended to start on Nov

1st, 1914 but delayed due to the World

DISCOVERY CONTINUED

The dig resumed in1921

They initially started digging near

Ramsies VI’s tomb hoping that King

Tutankhamen was buried near him

While near Ramsies VI’s tomb the

workers were told to break the old

workmen’s hut under which they

revealed staircase

The step were cleared and down that

THE CURSE OF MUMMY

The curse was that “If anyone who disturbs the King will be cursed by the wrath of the mummy”

Lord Carnarvon who discovered the tomb died shortly after the discovery

He died from a bite of a mosquito which aggravated by shaving. It then became infected and he was soon running a temperature. However , he suffered from a contracted pneumonia, which caused him death.

Howard Carter died of lymphoma, at the age of 64. His natural death so long after the opening of the tomb, is the piece of evidence most commonly put forward by sceptics to refute the idea of a “Curse of the Pharaoh”

But Howard Carter faced a bad life as he damaged the King’s Mummy badly and lost it value a bit.
