KLOE LONG As one of the Managing Principal and COO, Kloe Long is the driving force behind the team in KFA .She had established herself through her extensive experience and know-how in real estate development and marketing as one of the leading professional in the industry. Her focus is on the design, PR and marketing of upmarket real estate, including major site projects, high-quality residential and commercial properties.!!Over the last 15 years, Kloe had participated in the property design development and sales of millions of square feet, including multi million dollar projects in Asia .!!Previously she had gathered valuable know how as a creative and managing director in her own interior design company working for various multinational companies in Singapore. LEONA WONG (KEO of Singapore Office - Kingsfield Realty Consultants ) Mdm Leona Wong has been in the real estate agency business since 1977. She is the sole founder and has been the managing director of Kingsfield Realty Consultants and over the period of 35 years ,the company has achieved over 800 million in Singapore dollars for property transactions mainly in residential and commercial areas . These also include sales and purchases of commercial lands ,buildings and various block sales of residential properties. Her portfolio of clients includes MNCs and individual investors spanning all across Southeast Asia . She is also an accredited Financial Adviser from Monetary Authority of SIngapore since 2008 . CINDY LOY(Creative Director) !Cindy Loy was the Art Director with the leading media conglomerate - Singapore Press Holdings (Magazines Division) for a decade before leaving to pursue commercial design to her corporate clients. She worked closely with both the design and editorial team, as well as the branding and promotions team, overseeing the overall production. Having honed her creative instincts over the years, she had carved out a niche for herself as a strong creative among her peers in this industry. Over the next 10 years, Cindy has proven to be resourceful and proactive among her corporate clients. Her determination to produce good work and her strong sense of responsibility are her strengths. With her previous experience in media and advertising, it opened many new horizons for her to work on more commercial projects, both local and overseas. Cindy also became an educator and lectured in both government and private institutions she demonstrated ability to teach, motivate, and direct students while maintaining a high level of interest and achievement. She not only interacted effectively with diverse nationalities of students, but also sought to maintain excellent relations with them, with faculty and administrators. Cindy strongly believed in constant updates in the world of media technology and design concepts and thinking.
