At Wednesday night’s Graduation evening we celebrated the achievements of our Year 6

students and wished them well as they move on to the next stage of their learning.

Congratulations to students whose efforts were acknowledged through a number of

awards. A list of recipients follows below.

We extend a warm welcome to our new staff members Leah Boyce, Lisa Taylor -Jones,

Andrea Markham, Ashleigh O’Keefe, Jessica Talevski, Cassie Hampton-Smith. Libby

Posar and Daniella Vrananesic who will be joining our teaching staff in 2019. Next year

will see our new Learning Specialists, Caitriona Goldsworthy and Libby Posar coaching

and supporting classroom teachers in the implementation of school improvement initia-

following page. Your child’s 2019 class placement accompanies today’s newsletter.

2019 FETE Students were asked to suggest themes for our 2019 fete and the suggestions were discussed at a recent Fete meeting. 2019 Fete theme is KISMET ZOO CARNIVAL! The fete will be held on Friday 22nd March 2019. WRISTBANDS: We aim to get these on sale in the second week of term 1. We have a few new rides next year which caters to all age groups. VOLUNTEERS: We can’t run a successful fete without the help of our Kismet families, so we look forward to your help to make it another successful Kismet event.
