‘extraordinary customer experience.’ This includes a ’24 hour delivery promise’ which means

that if you want to order a product from your local stockist but it’s out of stock, we promise to

get it to them the very next day. It also means providing a 70 strong team of customer service

advisors who are available to take your call from 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to

6pm Friday (except Bank Holidays) and 8am to 2pm on a Saturday. And, if you do ever have a

problem with one of our products once it has been installed, our BristanCare team of

engineers can be called upon to solve any issues.
