Colonizing Chapter-◦ The Colonization period is a probationary time

during which at least five dedicated band students work together to obtain active chapter status.

Membership Status

Probation – Usually used for basic infractions (not completing service)

Suspension – More serious than Probation, used for things such as not making GPA requirements

Expulsion – Most serious discipline; only used in extreme circumstances- name stricken from the National record
