Annual Golf Tournament

Purpose

• Assist 20 local not-for-profit organizations in raising funds and profile

• To have fun and catch some sun (in theory)

When/Where

• Wednesday, 27 July 2011at Bear Creek Golf Course, Grande Prairie

• 4 PM registration/cart assignment (complementary)

• 5 PM steak supper (complementary)

• 6 PM helicopter tee off (complementary)

• 8:30 PM program/prizes

Who/How

• Community-based organizing committee

• Up to 144 golfers

• Unlimited number of sponsors/donors

• Sponsor one of traditional 18 holes ($300 including one passport)

• Sponsor non-traditional 19th hole/reception ($600 including two passports)

• Purchase passport ($200 including 20 $10 certificates for not-for-profit organizations)
