My heartiest and deepest condolences to the family members of Sri. Vaikari Rama Murthy Ji a famous profuse K.P. astro treasure who passed away on 21-08-2015 in Chennai.

I had great experiences with Sri. Vaikari Rama Murthy Ji and had personal touch with him many times. Whenever my article published in astro-magazines he used to talk personally on phone and appreciate and encouraged me a lot of times. He always suggested me to search and research the new area of K.P. astrology and to enlighten the facts and needs of astrology to each and every human being who loves astrology.

In this connection I once again express my heartfelt deep condolences to the family mem-bers of the respectable friendly unforgettable human being Sri. Vaikari. Rama Murthy Ji and I pray Almighty to rest his soul in peace.

I got a chance to meet him personally on 26 February 2014. It was a great experience with Sri. Vaikari Rama Murthy Ji. He was very humble human being down to earth, very polite and always helpful. It was my fortunate to get his blessing.

Really it is a great loss of KP community.

My heart felt condolence to our beloved KP stalwart Shri.Vaikari Ramamurti ji who passed away on 21st August 2015 !

He was a direct disciple of our Guruji. KSK and he was very close to our Guruji and his family also. He had rendered his expertise to our KP astrology society through many articles directly and indirectly through the publications of the sons of Shri.KSK.

It was my great moment that I had the opportunity through Sri.Rajagopal Rao to meet and get his blessings in February this year. And I could still remember the discussion and his words to me!

He said finally " Do not give up KP. Improve it further !!"

We all miss a great person in KP !! May his soul rest in peace !!

I am deeply saddened to know that the renowned KP astrologer, author, lecturer and teacher Sri Vikari Ramamurthi ji is gone. Although I never knew him personally, I have great admiration for his contributions in KP, principally through his articles and books, which are a gold mine for current and future KP astrologers.

That level of integrity and strength of character in the search for knowledge is exceptional and very rare. He will be sorely missed by the KP astrological community but, on the bright side were lucky to have the legacy of his writings to continue to learn KP from here on this plane.

My heart-felt condolences to his bereaved family in this time of grief! May his soul rest in peace!

Sri Vikari Ramamurthy was born on December 3, 1942 at 9:30 AM IST at a place, 13n30, 80e18, near Chennai, India, KP New Ayanamsa 22:58:12, Asc. Sagittarius 16:54:10, Moon Dasa balance 8Y,11M,3D, calculated by KPAstro 4.1.

For his interest in astrology, the 1st (native oneself) cuspal sub lord (CSL) Moon (mind, men-tal inclination) indicates house 5 (intelligence, intuition, past life credit), 8 (mysterious arts), 9 (astrology in general), 11 (success and Siddhi) and 12 (occult knowledge) by being in the star of own and sub of Mars. Question. Is my cat, Punky Brewster, well and will he return to me or has something hap-pened to him? Number; 213 (out of 249). Hints Consider the house 3, 9 and 12 for the missing person counting from his Ascendant and the houses 2, 8 and 11 (being 12 to 3, 9 and 12) for returning home.

If the cuspal sublord of 12 be the significator of 3(away from home), 9(Unknown place) or 12 a person runs away during the joint period of the significators of 3, 9 and 12.

If the cuspal sublord of 11 be the significator of 2, 8 or 11(reunion) a person returns home during the joint period of the significators of 2, 8 and 11.

As per the ancient culture, there are three objectives of the samskara of marriage. The first is to unite a man with a helpmate after he completes the study of Vedas. This helpmate is expected not only to run his household but assist him in the practice of the Vedic dharma. The second is to bring forth into this world children of noble outlook and character who are to be heirs to the great Vedic tradition, citizens of the future who will be the source of hap-piness in this world. The third is to create a means for women to be freed from worldly exist-ence. A man who is not yet fully mature inwardly is assisted in his karma by his wife. By doing so, by being totally devoted to her husband, she achieves maturity to a degree greater than he does. Then there is a fourth objective which is the subordination of sensual gratifi-cation to the other three.

Such are the high ideals of the institution of marriage, which help the individual to grow as a full-fledged human being and in turn to realize the very purpose of the birth viz., self emancipation. But now a days the institution of marriage is not being properly appreciated and has become a puzzling question for many; more so for the youth. Questions like whether to marry or not and whether it would be happy experience or otherwise seem to be haunting the youth. The science of astrology, if properly analyzed and the secrets are re-vealed, helps to understand these subtleties to some extent.

With this background I would like to dwell upon ten cases of marriage denial for the benefit of the readers. K.P rules for Marriageif the sub lord of the 7th cusp is a significator of or 7or11 marriage is promised and it will take place during the conjoined period of the significators of 2, 7 & 11 in their Dasa, Bhukthi and Anthara periods.

K.P rules for Denial of MarriageRule no.1- According to K.P. a person is denied of mar-riage when the sub lord of the 7th cusp is in constellation of the significator of 1, 6, and 10 houses negative houses for marriage (2, 7 &11). (Page 105 Reader No. 4 by Sri KSK).

RULE.NO. 1-As per KP system marriage is denied if the 7 CSL signifies negative houses 1,6 & 10 along with 2,7 & 11 houses. (Page 105- Reader 4)

Rule no. 2: Sri M.P. Shanmugam, another exponent of K.P. has elaborated this principle by saying when the sub lord of the 7th and sub lord of the 2nd are connected only to houses 6 and 12 predominantly and the sub lord if it is Saturn or Mars or Sun , then there will be no marriage in his life time.

Apart from these rules, there is one important factor for marriage which the individual has to have is desire for getting married. This aspect is to be invariably verified by looking into the individuals chart before proceeding further. Saturn, Sun, Rahu and Kethu are the four main planets and their impact on the four important houses 2-5-7 & 8 is to be studied from this angle.

In any astrological chart 2nd house speaks of ones family, 5th house speaks of love and romance apart from progeny, 7th house speaks of marriage , and 8th house for sexual desire and desire for intimacy with the opposite sex.

Sir David Frawley in his book Astrology for seers says, Sun, Saturn, Rahu and Kethu are the separative planets. They serve to separate or remove us from the things in life that they influence. Sun creates independence or burns things up. Saturn creates loss, alienation or detachment. Rahu is depressing in action and gives an attraction to what is foreign or distant. Kethu makes us contract and causes negativity. Any of these planets if individually or collectively throw their influence on the --2nd house- it will not allow the individuals mind to have his or her own family; -- on 5th housewill develop a sort of negativity on the very aspect of love and romance in the individuals mind by creating a feeling of taboo on it, there by dissuading the mind from interaction with the opposite sex; --On the 7th house-will create an aversion for marriage; and --on the 8th housewill develop a feeling of frigidity and keep them to be away from the op-posite sex.

(1) Chart no. 1- A S- ---2ND HOUSE lord is Venus is in 8th house and is in Kethu star and Saturn sub. Again this Kethu is conjoined with Saturn and both are being connected by mutual aspect. All the three planets have thrown their influence on the 12th house (for bed comforts). Sun is directly aspecting the 2nd house. --8th house lord Mars is in 10th cusp is placed in Saturn sign, Rahu star and Venus sub placed in 8th. Thus the 2nd and 8th are spoiled by the influence of Saturn, Kethu, Mars and Rahu jointly.

(2) Chart No. 2- K A- --2nd house lord Jupiter is in the company of Saturn (within one degree orb) as lord of 1 &12. Kethu is placed in 1st cusp within one degree orb to 2nd cusp. -- 5th house is aspected by Saturn by its 3rd aspect. ---8th house is under the sway of Rahu within one degree orb to 8th.7th lord Sun in 12th is aspected by Saturn by its 10th aspect. Thus all the four houses are under the full influence of all the four separative planets.

(3) Chart no. 3-B. S -- -- 2nd lord Moon is directly aspected by Saturn. --5th is being housed by Mars aspected by Sun- to burn down the very desire for romance and love. --7th lord Jupiter in 11th is aspected by Mars and also is in the company of exalted and powerful Sun. --8th house lord lord Saturn is in 4th (12 to 5th), in the star of Moon and sub of Saturn. 8th house is aspected by Mars. Thus all the four houses and four planets have left full negative attitude towards marriage and family life of the natives mind to remain as a bachelor and to seek the path of yoga.

(4) Chart no. 4T.L -- SATURN in the company of Rahu has direct and malefic impact on the house of marriage (7th). Kethu another restrictive planet is placed in 7th and all these three planets have influ-enced the mind of the native to develop a feeling of detachment towards worldly life (family life) and liking for the life of a monk. - 2nd and 5th lord Jupiter is in Suns sign Leo in the star and sub of Kethu has shunned the natives mind from the very feeling of love and romance and gave strong attachment for detached worldly life. The native took to spiritual path and became a monk.

(5) Chart no. 5B.N --2nd and 5th house lord Mercury is in the 4th cusp in the company of Kethu and Venus (lord of1&6). Saturn is aspecting 2nd and 5th house and also its lord Mercury. --8th lord Jupiter is in company of Sun in the 4th house (negative to 5th) in the fiery sign Leo. The malefic influence of Saturn, Sun and Kethu on the houses 2nd,5th and its lord Mercury along with on 8th and its lord Jupiter made the native , never allowed the native to try seri-ously for marriage proposals.

(6) Chart no.6-IND--- --7TH house is aspected by Saturn (lord 7and 8th). --2nd lord Moon is aspected by Saturn. Moon is in the company of Mars (lord of 5 &12) and both are aspected by Saturn. Mars also aspects 2nd house. -- Rahu is placed in 8th cusp. There by 2,5,7 and 8th houses are fully influenced by the separative planets Saturn- Mars- Rahu which gave no chance for the idea of marriage , by being in monastery under the tu-telage of a spiritual master.

(7) Chart no. 7P. V--- --Saturn and Sun in conjunction with Moon are placed in 2nd cusp. -- Kethu is in 5th cusp. Saturn aspects 5th cusp. Mars is n the company of Rahu is aspect-


ing 5th cusp. Venus lord of 2 & 8, Mercury the lord of 7th are aspected by Mars. From the above it is clear that all the four houses are fully under the sway of the four planets which has made the native to keep himself away from the institution of marriage.

(8) Chart no. 8--P.P --Rahu+ is placed in 2nd bhava. Rahu represents Moon, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. --5th house lord Venus+ is placed in lagna. Venus is in Saturn sign, moon star, (moon and mars are conjoined very closely by 2 degrees orb) and Rahu sub placed in 2nd. --8th house lord is Sun in 11th (badhaka sthana). Sun is in Mars sign (11&4 in 9), Venus star (6&9 in 11) and Saturn sub (1&2in 3) aspecting 5th. --12th lord Jupiter is in 8th cusp with kethu aspected by Saturn. Saturn is also aspecting 12th (house of bed comforts and sleep) along with rahu. Thus all the 2nd (house of family), 5th (house of love and romance), 8th (house of sexual life) and 12th (house of bed comforts) are fully influenced by malefic planets Rahu, Kethu, Mars and Saturn.

(9) Chart no. 9 MT --2nd cusp is occupied by Rahu. Rahu is aspected by Saturn. Second lord is Venus is placed in 8th house (7th cusp) conjoined with Kethu. It is aspected by Mars lord of 8th and also by Saturn-badhaka lord (11th). --5th cusp is occupied by Mars lord of 8th. Saturn is aspecting 5th cusp and Mars ( occu-pant) directly by 7th aspect. 5th lord, Sun who is in 8th with Mercury 6th lord, is also aspected by Saturn by 10th aspect. --8th cusp is occupied by Kethu. Saturn- badhaka lord (by 10th) and Mars 8th lord (by 8th aspect) are aspecting kethu and 8th cusp. -- 12th cusp is occupied by Jupiter which is aspected by Saturn badaka lord by 3rd as-pect. 12 cusp is aspected Mars-8th lord by 8th aspect. (10) Chart no.10-MSRAO --2nd cusp is occupied by Mars. It is Sun sign and Kethu star. It is conjoined with Saturn in Leo sign. 2nd cusp is aspected by Jupiter ( badhaka lord). 2nd house is fully in sway of malefic Mars, Sun, Ketu and Saturn. --5th cusp lord is Venus (12th lord) is placed in 6th (Scorpio sign). Venus is in Mars sign (lord of 6), Mercury star (1 & 4) and in Saturn sub (8 & 9). Venus is aspected by Mars and 5th cusp is aspected Saturn. --8th cusp lord is Saturn is placed in 3rd with Mars. Moon lord of 2nd is placed in 8th as-pected by malefic Mars and Saturn directly. --12 th cusp lord is Venus is placed in 6th and is aspecting 12th directly. 12th cusp is as-pected Jupiter badhaka lord.

Thus all the four houses are fully under sway of malefic planets.

After studying and analyzing all the above ten charts and planetary position in it with the help K.P system and its clear cut rules on marriage, things have become very clear as to what are the factors that lead the natives to be deprived of marriage. This study proves the efficacy and supremacy of the K.P system beyond doubt.

Mr. Wickremasinghe, whose party won the majority of the seats in the parliament at the elections, held on 17 August, and secured his victory polling 500,506 votes. It is the ever recorded highest number of votes polled by a candidate in Sri Lanka's elections history.

He is a lawyer by profession, became as the prime minister for the fourth time since enter-ing the parliament in 1977. He has also set a record of holding a MP position continuously without losing his seat in parliament for 38 years and he was first appointed as the Prime Minister from 1993 - 1994 after the assassination of former President Ranasinghe Pre-madasa. Also he was elected as the Prime Minister from 2001 - 2004 when the United Na-tional Front Government won the parliamentary elections in 2001. President Mr. Maithripa-la Sirisena appointed him as the Prime Minister in January this year for the third time in previous government.
