INCENTIVES
Intensive bioinformatics component of research
Significant cost reduction by following an in silico approach
Support the wet laboratory research teams by providing these services
Development of new/improved software and computational pipelines for addressing challenges in bioinformatics and clinical informatics is warranted as there are viable “gaps” in the bio-informatics market.
PHASE ONE GOALS
A user friendly application, with intuitive menu/dialog boxes, that will enable laboratory biologists, to manage a variety of types of laboratory data.
An ANN-based software that can predict prognosis in AML patients, taking as input only the common clinico-pathological parameters recorded at clinical presentation.
A software pipeline for comprehensive analysis of raw sequence data culminating in protein structure level analysis in possible cases.
