Benoit & Associates, NOI LLC January 2012 – June 2015

Benoit & Associates, NOI LLC is a utility brokerage firm in Plano Texas. My duties are home based and include computer research, sales, data collection, analyst and tax audits. I am also the point person between our clients, general contractor and electric provider during new construction. I coordinate the process when the new apartment community is ready to be energized. Our main business is to purchase the gas and electric for Multi-Family Residential properties in de-regulated markets and perform tax audits for tax exempt residential communities. We have 700 properties in our current portfolio and have served over 350,000 apartment communities through the years. My accomplishments in 2012-2013 include increasing revenue for Benoit & Associates by $100,000 and saving those clients 7% in future utility costs.

Tartan Golf and Management July 2007 – November 2011

Tartan Golf and Management is a privately owned golf course management company based in Dublin, Ohio. The company owns, manages or leases eight golf properties throughout the mid west. One branch of service provided by TGM is in receivership of properties that have defaulted on loans to their lenders. My initial employment was that of General Manager of East Golf Club in New Albany, Ohio in 2007 and later Assets Manager of Tanglewood Country Club in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and Blackberry Patch Golf Course in Coldwater, Michigan from the end of 2008 - 2011.

General Manager/Head Golf Professional, East Golf Club East Golf Club was previously known as Winding Hollow Country Club for 15 years. An exclusively private country club located in New Albany, Ohio that went into receivership in February 2007. The New Albany Group purchased the property when it went to auction. TGM signed a three year lease and we reopened it as Tartan East Golf Club and later shortened it to East Golf Club. We opened it to the public in June of that year as a high end public golf club. My duties at this property were to shift this once before very private country club into a very visible, successful, “Diamond in the Rough” public treasure. And manage the entire process of transition.
